One of the most common complaints from Malaysian players is unstable connections and games cutting out mid-session. Royal36 understands this challenge well, which is why our app is equipped with automatic reconnection technology that keeps your game running smoothly even if your internet connection drops momentarily.
On top of that, the royal36 app uses advanced data compression technology, meaning you can enjoy high-quality game graphics even on standard mobile data. This is especially useful for users in rural areas or places where Wi-Fi connectivity is less stable.
Every gaming session in the royal36 app is protected by a comprehensive security layer. End-to-end encryption ensures that all communication between your device and royal36 servers cannot be intercepted or tampered with by third parties. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available to add an extra layer of security to your account.
Your personal information is stored to the highest industry security standards. royal36 has never and will never share user data with any third party without explicit user consent. Our commitment to privacy and data security is not just a promise – it is at the core of how we run our business. You can read more in our Privacy Policy official page.
There are no limits or restrictions on the games you can access through the royal36 app. The exact same full game catalog as the web version — including over 1,500 slot titles, live casino tables with real dealers, a variety of fish shooting rooms, and a complete sports betting market — is fully available in the mobile app.
For Live Casino enthusiasts, the royal36 app delivers high-quality video streaming so you can see the real dealer clearly without interruption. The in-room chat function works flawlessly too, letting you interact with dealers and fellow players in real time.
The royal36 development team works continuously to keep the app current with the latest features, security patches and performance improvements. App updates are designed to be quick and painless – typically done in under a minute – so you won't have to wait long before getting back to the game.
You'll receive update notifications directly on your device whenever a new version is available. You can choose to update automatically or do it manually at your own convenience. Every update comes with release notes so you always know what's new.
